Job Descriptions For Customer Success Manager 1 Good Communication skills English & Hindi Mandatory Plus one local Language 2 More than 2 -3 years’ experience 3 Graduate in any discipline or Diploma 4 Positive attitude & quick learner 5 preferably worked in some CRM software 6 Manage customer service support and branch operations across the south Region. 7 Resolve operational issues raised by branches and dealers to enhance service quality. 8 Oversee team coordination, ensuring process implementation and efficiency. 9 Perform data analysis and dashboard reporting for performance tracking. 10 Coordinate with branches for customer support and prepare periodic reports. 11 Conduct follow-ups on pending cases with warehouses and branches. 12 Handle spare parts quotations for corporate clients. 13 Handle ASP monthly payments and coordinate with accounts for cheque processing. 14 Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and resolutions.
