Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Inbound Voice – US Shift) Shift: US Shift, 5 Day Working, Cab Location- Gurgaon (MNC) Process: Inbound Voice Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle inbound voice calls. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver exceptional support while ensuring a positive customer experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a calm, solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries professionally. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives. Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication. Resolve product/service issues by identifying the root cause and offering timely solutions. Deliver accurate information using appropriate tools and methods. Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling metrics. Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records. Follow up to ensure full resolution of customer concerns. Requirements: Proven experience in a customer support role. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations. Proficient with computer systems and CRM tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
