Job Description

Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats. Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats. Coordinate with other team for POD(Proof of Delivery) Collection. Line-Haul Vehicle Tracking with our In-house Intelligent Dashboard. Resolve issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints. Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile: Immediate Joiners preferred Freshers with interest to work in Logistics based company. Required language skills: English, Tamil, Hindi - Must Basic Excel Knowledge.
