Land Mark : Near NTTF Circle We work 6 days a week, timing 9 AM to 6 PM & Sunday Holiday.   Benefits ESIC / PF (If eligible) + Insurance / Bonus / Gratuity / Leaves all as per Labour Law + Yearly Increment + Travel Allowance + Retention Bonus after completion of 5 years of duty, Salary negotiable based on experiences.   Basic requirement: Fluent English Speaking, Good Typing speed & preferably Kannada Speaking, knowledge of MS Excel with V Lookup, PIVO Table, Spread sheet, Table sum Formulas & Microsoft Outlook Emails.   Experience 5 – 10 years - share your resume on ‪+916366751637   Roles & Responsibilities   ü Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information ü Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution ü Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information ü Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed ü Manage large amounts of incoming calls ü Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction ü Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication ü Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools ü Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution ü Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents ü Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies ü Resolve customer complaints via phone or email ü Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling ü Answer questions about warranties or terms of service ü Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions ü Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered ü Close out or open call records, Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction   Customer Service Representative requirements:   ü Proven customer support experience ü Track record of over-achieving quota ü Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening ü Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters ü Excellent communication and presentation skills ü Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively ü High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred ü 0-3 years of experience in the field or related area   We are not from consultancy firm, it's direct hiring for V- Tronik Innovation LLP, We don't take any fees & it's not on contract.   If Interested, do share your resume on Cell No. 6366751637   Regards   HR
