Customer Support - Executive

Your role

Role Objective:

To deliver exceptional customer service for domestic clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth order processing and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Support

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.

2. Order Management

• Process orders using ERP systems, manage invoicing, and coordinate dispatches.
• Liaise with production teams to follow up on material availability.
• Ensure accurate entry of all mandatory order details, including customer category, segment, and sales personnel information.
• Follow up on payments and coordinate with the Finance Team for accurate posting.

3. Issue Resolution

• Address customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to ensure timely resolution.

4. Data Accuracy & Documentation

• Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Prepare reports on customer feedback, order status, and service performance.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or order processing.
