Company: Teleperformance Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 6 months in Customer Support (Outbound Calls) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Education: Graduation Mandatory Languages Required: Excellent Communication in English and Hindi Job Description: Teleperformance is hiring experienced Customer Support Executives with strong outbound calling experience. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and looking to grow their career in a global BPO environment. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers to resolve queries or provide support. Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to ensure customer satisfaction. Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions. Record and update customer information accurately in internal systems. Meet performance targets such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. Required Candidate Profile: Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound customer support (BPO preferred). Graduation is mandatory (any stream). Must have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi . Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset. Basic computer proficiency and typing skills. Immediate joiners only .
