Roles & Responsibilities
Travel Process (Voice / Blended)
Assisting customers with flight bookings, rescheduling & cancellations
Providing guidance on travel policies, baggage rules, refunds & fare details
Handling international customer queries with accuracy and professionalism
Upselling travel-related services (add-ons, insurance, seat upgrades)
Maintaining high-quality customer experience and meeting service KPIs
(Voice / Blended)
Resolving customer issues related to network, billing, data usage & plans
Assisting with SIM activations, upgrades, porting requests & service changes
Providing technical troubleshooting for mobile/network-related concerns
Ensuring first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
Updating customer records and following process guidelines
