Roles and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support through chat process, email, and non-voice channels. Handle customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Resolve issues efficiently by troubleshooting and escalating when necessary. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in BPO or call center environment. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over various channels (chat, email). Strong problem-solving skills for resolving customer complaints promptly. Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
