Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers. Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling of relevant products/services based on customer needs. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment. Excellent communication skills with convincing power over phone calls. Proficiency in handling cold calling, inbound voice processing, outbound calling (calls), telemarketing activities. Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
