Hiring: Customer Support Executives

Locations & Profiles

  1. Gurgaon (Domestic Process)

    • Any graduate/undergraduate freshers no prior experience required
    • Salary: 15,000 25,000 /- per month
    • 6-day working week, rotational shifts (day shifts)
    • Easy selection process
  2. Gurgaon (International Process)

    • Graduates only; minimum 1 year experience in international voice/customer support process
    • Salary: approx. 2 LPA up to 4 LPA
    • Excellent English communication skills required
    • 5-day working week, 2 days rotational off; two-way cab provided
  3. Noida (Domestic Process)

    • Any graduate/undergraduate freshers can apply
    • Salary: 15,000 25,000 /- per month
    • 6-day working week, rotational shifts (day shifts)
    • Very easy selection
  4. Lucknow (Domestic Process)

    • Any graduate/undergraduate freshers can apply
    • Salary: 15,000 21,000 /- per month
    • 6-day working week, rotational shifts (day shifts)
    • Very easy selection

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer contacts (via phone/email/chat) in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs, ask clarifying questions, and provide accurate information about products/services/policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or service requests; escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain and update detailed records of customer interactions using the company’s CRM or system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Commit to achieving quality service goals and metrics (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction).
  • Assist in identifying recurring pain-points and suggest process improvements.
  • Adhere to shift schedules, rotational off-days, and operational guidelines.

Skills Required

  • For domestic: Any graduate or undergraduate can apply (freshers welcome).
  • For international: Must be graduate, with minimum 1 year relevant experience.
  • Very good communication skills (clear speaking, good listening).
  • Comfortable with shift-based working and rotational day off schedules.
  • Good computer literacy – comfortable using CRM or ticketing systems, basic data entry.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and be customer-centric.
  • Positive attitude, patience and the ability to handle customer issues with composure.
