Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about personal loan offerings. Understand the financial requirements and preferences of clients through effective communication. Provide accurate information about loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation. Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of required documents and resolve any queries or concerns they may have. Maintain a database of leads, interactions, and application status updates. Handle support email for the clients' queries. Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and loan application submissions. Requirements: * Proven experience as a sales representative, or similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. (Freshers can also apply) * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. * Knowledge of personal loan products, banking procedures, and financial terminology is preferred. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation and resilience. * Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software. * Flexibility to work in a target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
