This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success-International position located in Gurugram. The Customer Success professional will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role involves analyzing customer feedback and needs, addressing issues, and delivering exceptional service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Working Days: 5 Days working (2 Rotational Week Offs)
Shifts: Rotational
Transport: Both-side cabs available
Skillset:
Excellent communication skills (mandatory) C1 level
Graduates & Undergraduates - both eligible
Minimum 1 year of Customer Support
Experience international (Customer support and Healthcare background both will be preferred)
