Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting users with their queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Freshers with a strong willingness to build a career in customer support are encouraged to apply! While a Web3 background is preferred, it is not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer queries via chat and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses. 2. Maintain a deep understanding of OnRamp.Moneys products and services to assist customers effectively. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. 4. Provide clear and detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions. 5. Work towards improving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement. 6. Stay updated with industry trends and company policies to provide accurate information. Requirements: 1. 0-6 months of customer support experience (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome). 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. 3. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer issues. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Basic understanding of fintech or crypto (preferred but not required). 6. Familiarity with customer support tools e.g.,Fresh desk is a plus. Why Join Us? 1.
