Ltd. Client: Stovekraft Limited (Brands: Pigeon, Gilma, and Black&Decker – Kitchen & Home Appliances) Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer calls related to kitchen and home appliances. Assist customers with query resolution, complaint registration, and escalation management. Maintain a professional tone and provide accurate information to customers. Record customer interactions and escalate complex issues when required. Requirements:Education: Minimum 12th pass and above. Age: Minimum 20 years. Languages: English – Good Malayalam – Good Hindi – Good Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
