Job Description

Responsible for International Export Business, Shipping / Logistics & Operations. NOTE: Candidates having experience in Shipping Industry are preferable. 1. Customer Inquiries and Support : Responding to customer inquiries: Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms. Providing accurate information: Ensure customers are provided with accurate information about products, services, policies, and troubleshooting. Managing customer complaints: Listen to customer complaints, identify problems, and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Problem resolution: Resolve issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, refunds, and any product-related concerns. 2. Order Management Processing orders: Assist customers in placing new orders, tracking their status, and making changes or cancellations when necessary. Addressing deliveries: Follow up with logistics, Operations related to Shipping department to ensure that shipments are connected on vessels and delivered on time and resolve any shipping or delivery issues. Confirming payments and receipts: Ensure customers receive the correct payment receipts and billing information. 3. Reporting and Documentation Maintaining records: Document interactions, customer feedback, and resolutions in internal systems to ensure consistent service. Reporting trends: Report recurring issues, patterns, or opportunities for improvement to management or relevant departments.
