Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Executive to join our Customer Support Team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and soft skills, demonstrating confidence and proactiveness in assessing customer needs to ensure , need to make cross sales and support for email writing

Roles and responsibilities

  • convert Leads into business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential and existing customers
  • Maintain and update customer records .
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to assist customers.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a positive experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, etc.) to address customer concerns.
  • Track and escalate unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Assist in post-sales support, including documentation, follow-ups, and renewals.
