Job Title: Customer Care Executive Company: Speed Global Solutions Department: Customer Service Salary: 30,000 35,000 (In-Hand) Typing Speed Requirement: Minimum 30 WPM Job Overview: Speed Global Solutions is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our logistics department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, addressing logistics-related queries, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, logistics partners, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: - Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, providing prompt and professional support. - Address inquiries related to logistics services, delivery schedules, shipment tracking, and order status updates*. - Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring quick resolution and satisfaction. Order & Logistics Management: - Monitor and manage order status, delivery timelines, and shipment documentation . - Coordinate with warehouses, transportation teams, and third-party logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries. - Assist customers with the returns and exchange process, ensuring compliance with company policies. Communication & Coordination: - Keep customers informed about shipment details, potential delays, and any logistics-related issues. - Work closely with the logistics, sales, and operations teams to enhance service efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements: - Education : A bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred (Graduation is mandatory). - Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply). - Skills : - Strong verbal communication skills. - Ability to multitask and manage customer queries effectively. - Basic knowledge of logistics operations is a plus. - Proficiency in typing (minimum 30 WPM) .Role & responsibilities HR Contact Number : 9899687023, 9310129075
