Role & responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and questions via phone, email, chat, or social media. Listen attentively to customer concerns and empathize with their issues. Provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services. Guide customers on how to use products or services effectively. Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and technical problems. Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the company's products and services.
