About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally 2. Resolve customer issues by providing accurate and efficient solutions 3. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality service standards 4. Work in a 24/7 shift with any two rotational days off 5. Utilize excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Requirements: 1. Hold HSC with a minimum of 6 months of experience 2.
