Customer Support Executive (Live Chat / Email / WhatsApp) – Freshers

We are hiring enthusiastic Freshers for the role of Customer Support Executive!

What You Will Do

• Handle live chat support to assist customers in real time
• Respond to customer queries via Email & WhatsApp
• Coordinate with clients and understand their requirements
• Collect and update all queries in the CRM system
• Share enquiries with the concerned departments and follow up
• Make and receive basic calls related to customer queries (non-voice + Minimal voice)
• Ensure smooth communication and a positive customer experience
