Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities: Understand customer queries/requirements and respond comprehensively over chat, email & call. Work with internal teams to resolve customer complaints or operational challenges quickly and efficiently. Work with managers to plan strategically (e.g. refining & defining processes) Desired Candidate Profile Excellent verbal and written English communication. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people from a wide range of backgrounds, ages and temperament. Has patience and empathy to deal with various kinds of customers. Experience: 2+ Years Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
