Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle international customer queries and provide support over voice calls. The role requires excellent command of English and the ability to deliver prompt, accurate resolutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Candidates with prior International BPO experience and immediate joining availability are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Handle international customer queries/complaints over calls. Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining call quality. Meet performance KPIs and follow standard processes. Key Requirements: Excellent verbal communication in English (mandatory). Undergraduates can apply. Minimum 1 year of documented experience in International BPO. Willingness to work in complete night shifts.
