Handle customer queries related to flights, bookings, schedules, and travel assistance
Provide accurate information and high-quality service via calls/chats

GDS platforms
used for airline reservation
Assist customers with ticketing, rebooking, cancellations, and travel policies
Ensure timely resolution and a positive customer experience
