🧾 Job Summary: This role involves handling customer queries and complaints with a focus on delivering excellent customer experience. You’ll need to take complete ownership of every interaction, ensure issues are resolved end-to-end, and act as a whistleblower to flag systemic issues impacting customers. 🔑 Key Attributes Required: Customer Service Excellence: Handle complaints, service denials, and anxious customers calmly and effectively. Ownership: Show full responsibility for resolving customer issues. Problem Solving: Use analytical and creative thinking to find solutions. Time Management: Prioritize and manage tasks effectively. Flexibility: Willingness to learn new skills and work across multiple processes. Communication: Excellent call etiquette and professional handling of phone interactions. 🎓 Qualifications / Eligibility: Graduation in any stream (mandatory) 100% Work From Office (WFO) Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role (escalation desk experience is a bonus) Flexible with working hours and shifts Strong verbal (English & Hindi) and written (English) communication skills 📝 Hiring Criteria: Language Proficiency: Versant 4 test – Minimum B1 CEFR rating (English & Hindi) Typing Test: 30 WPM speed with 85% accuracy Customer Service Aptitude: Psychometric and problem-solving assessment Interviews: Conducted by Flipkart (FK) assessors and operations team
