The role includes handling customer support via email, chat, and call, communicating with customers/clients, managing drivers, trips, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Qualifications- Customer service and fluent English communication skills- Email writing and response- Experience in providing an excellent customer experience will be a plus- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and in a team Freshers can also apply. We need someone with good communication skills, who is fluent in English, speaking and writing.
