Looking for customer support executive with a basic understanding of business sales & operations. You don't have to be expert, if you can learn at work but you are expected to know some basics at least so that we can take care to train you to be the best. Role & responsibilities Perform business operations based on pre-defined business rules & terms. Follow business process and completion of tasks in time. Respond to customer queries in a timely and considerate manner, via phone, email or chat Serve as a point of contact for clients & vendors, support any issues and complaints. Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve recurring support issues. Maintain appropriate documentation / files and records of client & vendor interactions. Timely & efficient response to email support requests and business enquiries. Handle both face to face and telephone client enquiries. Share regular updates with team & management, and team collaboration. Preferred candidate profile Excellent emailing and communication skills. Good listener, self organized person Strong verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge on computer, keyboarding skills, basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Must have computer knowledge, with hands on using MS-Office: Word & excel, Google Drive: Documents & spreadsheets. Basic understanding of accounting, including GST, TDS, tax filing, expenses, time - hours billing. Previous work experience in an office or professional environment. Organize meetings & agenda, and follow up action items. Excellent documentation and key notes presentation skills. Good problem solving skills for general office and administrative works, including internal and external business activities. Should possess effective written communication skills and comprehension skills Good Typing Speed: (At least 20 wpm) Understanding of how CRM systems & other basic software tools work. Maintain all data is CRM systems and capture the demographics of the customers Perks and benefits 1.8 lakhs to 4 lakhs CTC (depending on experience, including salary & yearly bonus). Additional incentive based on monthly targets. 6 days a week working. 12 annual leaves + public holidays.
