Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, generating leads, and providing information about studying abroad, including available courses, universities, and visa processes. This role is key in driving engagement and ensuring students make informed decisions about their education. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential students and parents, providing them with information on overseas education opportunities, courses, universities, and the application process. Answer inbound calls, addressing inquiries related to study abroad programs, visa processes, and other relevant services. Explain the benefits of various study destinations, university offerings, and programs in line with the prospective student's interests. Generate leads by identifying students who are interested in studying abroad and qualify them based on their needs and eligibility. Set up appointments for students to meet with educational consultants or advisors. Maintain and update accurate records of calls, student information, and interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with leads and clients to ensure they are progressing through the application process. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Stay updated on the latest trends in international education, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities to effectively communicate with prospective students. Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and common queries to improve service delivery.
