About the job: Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. * Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and providing the best resolution. * Assist customers with website navigation, downloads, and digital access issues. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to customer retention efforts. * Build and maintain strong professional relationships with researchers, academicians, and authors. * Understand the research paper requirements and recommend suitable indexed journals for publication. * Guide authors on journal selection, formatting, documentation, and compliance requirements. * Liaise with editorial boards and journal representatives on behalf of authors. * Monitor and manage the publication pipeline for each client from manuscript submission to final publication. * Provide timely updates to authors about the progress of their submissions. * Maintain detailed records of client interactions and journal communications. * Ensure ethical standards and best practices in academic publishing are followed.
