About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle customer support calls. 2. Install software at client sites or remotely. 3. Provide online training to new users. 3. Troubleshoot client issues; escalate to developers if needed. 4. Log issues and resolutions in our CRM system. 5. Apply software updates at client sites when required. 6. Assist with AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) follow-ups and collections. 7. Fix up a meeting with customers for software Inquiries. 8. Perform general back-office tasks.
