Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Work From Office) Job Type: Individual Contributor Experience: 1 to 3 years (Freshers with relevant knowledge may apply) Education: Graduate (MBA preferred) Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional with experience in Loan & EMI processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, assisting them with EMI-related formalities, and ensuring seamless loan disbursement. The role requires coordinating with multiple stakeholders and adhering to strict SLAs for task completion. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Engagement: Connect with customers via phone and assist them with loan & EMI processing. • EMI & Loan Processing: Guide customers through the EMI setup process and use digital tools to complete the necessary disbursement steps. • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, lenders, and external partners to ensure smooth transaction processing. • SLA Management: Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer queries related to loans and EMIs, ensuring a seamless experience. • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, loan approvals, and pending processes in company databases. Required Skills & Competencies: • Strong understanding of loans, EMI structures, and financial processing. • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage coordination efficiently. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach. • Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, MS Excel, and CRM platforms. • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
