Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Support Representatives at Digitech Squad Pvt. Ltd. Whether you are a fresher or have 1 year of experience, we are keen to have you onboard to assist our customers and enhance their experience with our services. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional and friendly manner. Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently by troubleshooting technical issues or providing relevant information. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a high standard of service and communication. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels as necessary. Achieve performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction scores. Requirements: Freshers: No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is a must. 1 Year Experience: Prior experience in customer support or related roles is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
