Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive in Indore, you will be responsible for: - Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social platforms - Resolving customer complaints efficiently and with empathy - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction - Documenting customer interactions and escalating issues when necessary - Providing accurate information about products/services - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong verbal and written communication skills in languages required, e.g., English and Hindi - Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools - Previous experience in a customer service or support role is a plus Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position for fresher candidates.
