Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage day-to-day operational tasks, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be organized, and proficient in handling data and online systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Record, track, and maintain accurate data for all feedback and communications.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Support purchase order processing, billing coordination, and other operational tasks.
• Assist senior team members and manage responsibilities in their absence.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in backend support, operations, or related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
• Fast and accurate typing in both Hindi and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and online portal management.
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain data accuracy.
