Job Description

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing product information.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM systems.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to monitor order status and update customers accordingly.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
