Customer Support Executive (CSE) - 2+ year of experience

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers in navigating our products/services and provide relevant information.
• Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Order Management:
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Product Knowledge:
• Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
• Stay informed about product updates, features, and promotions.
• Communication:
• Maintain clear and concise communication with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with team members to address complex customer issues.
• Documentation:
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding common customer issues and trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• DLF Ph-III, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
