The role will include giving support in-person at business location as well as remote based on requirements. It will be high ownership role to execute end to end process of on-boarding customer on platform and getting them started. It's idea for someone looking for software product customer support role. The role will involve travelling, visiting clients, doing product training, solving customer queries and activating accounts. It will involve giving remote support to existing customers for smooth operations. Prior experience in software solutions implementation/customer support is expected.
