Customer Service and Call Centre processing activities. Maintain client confidentiality. Ensuring quality standards for phone calls are met. Providing fund information and guidance to the target segment. Providing timely MIS. Familiarity with standard capital market concepts, procedures and regulatory framework Shows strong values - Customer Focus, Ownership, Enthusiasm, Integrity, Teamwork, Respect and Innovation.
