About the Role

Customer Support / Tele caller

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound and Outbound Sales

  : Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, promoting services and fixing appointments. Follow up on potential leads and convert them into confirmed sales.

• Appointment Management

  : Schedule, follow-up, and manage appointments for customers, ensuring timely and accurate bookings.

• Customer Support

  : Address customer queries regarding treatments, packages, and services, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Sales Targets

  : Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company, ensuring a high conversion rate.

• Follow-up on Treatment Packages

  : Track and follow up with clients on their treatment packages and guide them through the booking and purchase process.

• Record Keeping

  : Maintain accurate customer data and sales records in the CRM system.

• Customer Retention

  : Work to retain and engage customers by promoting additional services, treatment packages, and follow-ups on previous treatments.

• Weekend Availability

  : The role requires working on

  Saturdays and Sundays

  , as customer walk-ins and appointment schedules are high during weekends.

Skills and Qualifications

• Languages Required
