Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience providing exceptional customer service, with a strong background in accounting software and financial statements.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
Respond to inquiries related to accounting software, financial statements, billing, and other accounting-related matters.
Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use accounting software and understand financial reports.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in customer support or a related field, preferably within the accounting or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Capium, Sage.
Must be a team player who works well in a team environment and collaborates effectively with colleagues.
