Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide top-notch support to our clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Interact with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels to inform them about products and guide them through the process.
Close sales deals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an added advantage.
Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools is desirable.
