Customer Support Executive - BPO

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a smooth service experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.

Skill / Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field.
• 1+ prior experience in customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to stay calm and handle queries politely.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Record and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot common issues and provide quick resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved cases to senior team members when required.
• Maintain a friendly and professional approach in all interactions.
• Ensure timely follow-ups for pending customer requests.
