Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via inbound phone calls to resolve their queries and concerns. Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers' issues related to banking products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues that require escalation. Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers, adhering to company standards. Desired Candidate Profile Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends & public holidays. Strong communication skills in English language proficiency required. 2-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling voice process (inbound calls).
