Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat Provide 24* 7 support to the callers and clients Follow-up the potential inquiries and conversion Responsible for the conversion of the inquiries Organize the site visit to the potential inquiries/positive clients Smooth relationship with all departments in ATHULYA Ensure the TAT responds to the queries Promote the services to the new clients and ensure the conversions Complete back-end support to all the internal and external team members Co-ordination with the clients completely from end-to-end services during their visit Multi-tasking whenever required. Requirements and skills: Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Qualification: Any degree candidates can apply English Fluency is Must Any another languages (Kannada and Hindi /Malayalam/Telugu) Preferred Freshers are also welcome
