Job Description

Customer Order Management Correspondence: Enquiries, Quotes, Order receipt to deliveries, Payments. Relevant experience and knowledge of the process handling OEMs, End Users and Distribution Channel. CRM Sales Force Management - Account creation, Leads, Opportunities, Quotes and Case Management. Sales Coordination for delivering NSV as per set sales targets and accounts receivable. Inside Sales Support on Leads and coordination for conversion to business opportunity. Internal coordination with MU / Operations / CFT to meet sales and business objectives. Customer Master and Customer Product Price Maintenance. Generating leads revenue via inside sales function. Coordination with SCM for material status imports / local manufacturing for On-Time Delivery Service Cross Functional Team collaboration for new product developments, localization samples to customers. Customer complaint handling resolving process in coordination with Sales, Operations Finance team. Problem-solving, Analytical, Forecasting coordination and MIS Reporting. Strong Communication and Collaborative to handle internal and external customers. Administrative support as may be required. Requirements: 2+ Years Experience in global company with experience in Customer Service and inside Sales. Bachelor s Degree with related experience in manufacturing industry handling OEMs/Distribution preferred Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems on Customer Order Management and CRM Salesforce management. Strong Communication Interpersonal skills to handle Internal Cross Functional Team External Customers Analytical, Problem-solving, Adaptive, Collaborative, Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking skills with time management and MIS Reporting. Proficiency in languages of English and Spoken Hindi is a must.
