The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, collecting feedback, and ensuring excellent service delivery across all communication channels Responsibilities · Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat. · Resolve issues efficiently and maintain a positive tone. · Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system. · Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams. · Collect customer feedback and reviews to improve service quality. · Suggest improvements to enhance the support process. · Maintain company standards in all customer interactions. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree any stream. · 1 year of customer support or related experience. · Good communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. · Customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude.
