Job Description

Description: Responsible for all on-site support services. Troubleshooting & helping customers to address problems related to Company Automation systems. Ensuring the system's availability by performing timely maintenance activities and inspection checks. Upkeeping yearly clock for PMS Coordinating with Central/local helpdesk team to resolve issues faced by customers at their factories using CC Systems Education / Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, fluent in the English language (Spoken, Written) Good management & social skills. 4+ years of experience in handling Clients & customer support related technical activities. Able to travel to Client locations when required/work in the designated client locations. Special knowledge: Understanding of Automation solutions & Basic understanding of Software solutions including PLC Ability to read and understand project documentation including electrical drawings, layouts and diagrams (IT) Mechanical knowledge about the system. Basic adjustments, effects of mechanical failures etc. Exposure to Tyre Industry operations & practices. Team Handling Knowledge of business : Good understanding of Tyre industry CS business in the territory. Knowledge of the company's CS business (Servic & Support, Spare parts) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Shift: Day shift Work Days: Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
