Job Description

As a part of the Acer Process team, your role will involve providing support in both Hindi and English languages. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Handling customer queries and concerns in a professional manner - Resolving issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to the shift timings as per the company policy - Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals The qualifications required for this role are: - B.Com, BBM, B.Sc, BA, Diploma, BCA - Proficiency in Hindi & English languages - Versant Level 5 certification is mandatory Please note that BE/B.Tech candidates are not eligible for this position. In addition to the above, you will be entitled to the following benefits: - Salary range: Fresher - 22,000 CTC, Experienced - Up to 25,000 CTC - Quarterly Bonus: 4,215 - Working Days: 6 days with 1 rotational off - Shift Timings: - Females: 7 AM - 8 PM - Males: 7 AM - 12 AM - Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Please note that Provident Fund benefits are also included in the overall package.,
