Role & responsibilities An International Voice Process is a job where the executives are assigned to handle the Chats from customers in different countries, particularly the U.S., Canada etc. These jobs include product and service support or technical support in which the customer is calling to solve an issue. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 1 - 3 years in international Chat (Dual Chat) Candidate should have minimum 1 Year of International Dual Chat experience on Paper. Excellent communications and good tying speed (40 wpm). Should be comfortable working in night shifts (rotational week-off). Should be aware of Chat flow and the tool worked on. Candidates should be okay to work in night shifts and Rotational week-offs.
