This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: Homebuyer Handling. WhatsApp Agent Management. Daily Mail Management. Administrative Support. Desirable: Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience with Whatsapp business is a plus. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
