Handle incoming customer calls and resolve queries related to insurance policies, renewals, claims, and services
Provide accurate product and service information
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Maintain call records and update internal systems
Escalate complex queries to the relevant department when necessary
Adhere to company policies and quality standards
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)

Minimum Qualification:Graduate
